		<description>Interesting article. We recently went with a Jatheon Appliance.  Simple, fast and reliable.  Its search engine is based off indexing not actual data, so our searches are fast and simple, we can search by letters, numbers, or even the bcc field.  We also search our instant messages through the same appliance.  Since we have implemented it, we are not wasting time on trying to find that &#039;needle in a haystack&#039; anymore.</description>

		<description>Thanks for the review.  We don&#039;t use FS for email, fortunately, we use it to track folders &amp; boxes.  It does a passable job on this.  Allows a lot of customization, which the users took to the extreme.  This caused the first implementation to fail.  It took another *year* to start over &amp; do it right, w/ experienced analysts on both sides of the fence.</description>
